Clarence Brown Theatre Box Office

The Clarence Brown Theatre Box Office sells tickets to almost all performances at the CBT.

• Evening shows begin promptly at 7:30 p.m., Matinees promptly at 2:00 p.m.
• Seats are guaranteed until show time.
• Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager and may have to wait for an appropriate time to be seated.
• We encourage you to arrive by 7:00 p.m. for evening shows, and 1:30 p.m. for matinees.

The Box Office phones are normally turned to voice mail one hour preceeding curtain times, so Box Office personnel may attend to patrons at the ticket windoes. In case of an emergency, call the House Manager at 865-974-8287.

Single Tickets

Single tickets are non-refundable but may be exchanged in advance of performance date to another performance of that show for a $2.00 per ticket exchange fee and any applicable
upgrade charges.

Additional Ticket Purchases

Subscribers may purchase additional tickets to any performance at a discount from the regular adult price for that performance.

Ticket Exchanges

Subscriber tickets may be exchanged for any other performance of the same production.
Tickets cannot be exchanged from one show title to another. Exchanges must be made prior
to the original performance date. There is no fee to exchange your tickets, but if you exchange
to more expensive tickets, you will be charged the difference in price.

Ticket Donation

If you are unable to attend a performance, you may call the Box Office for a tax deduction.
A voucher will be sent to you documenting the amount of the donation. You must call 24 hours prior to the performance date.

Ticket Insurance

By purchasing season tickets, you are assured of your reserved seats even if your tickets are lost or stolen. Simply notify the Box Office. We¹ll cancel the missing tickets so no one else can use them. We can reprint the tickets.
