Season of Youth

Each year the Clarence Brown Theatre selects several productions for its Season for Youth school-day performances designed to engage young people and expose them to the wonders of live theatre. Discussion guides for teachers are available and a post-performance discussion with the actors is available upon request (Reservations are required).

How to Make Season for Youth Reservations

Call (865) 974-6011 to make reservations for Season For Youth performances.
Please make your reservations as early as possible. All reservations are made on a "first come, first served" basis.

Season for Youth performances frequently sell out and have a waiting list of schools that would like to attend. In order to enable schools to move from the waiting list as space becomes available, payment is required in advance. Please note that any additions to your reservations are subject to ticket availability. If you have any questions about these policies, please call (865) 974-6011.

2nd Week Sunday Matinee

Post Play Discussion with Actors and Dramaturgs

Special invitation to all educators: we are happy to offer all full-time educators the opportunity to buy discounted season tickets for the Second Week Sunday Matinee of the run of seven of next season’s shows. All full-time educators who purchase season tickets for the Second Week Sunday Matinee are eligible for a discount. And as an added bonus, there will be talk backs with the dramaturgs and actors after performances on these nights. Please join us for an inside look at our productions.
